Officially they killed less than 800, realistically a good fraction of those were killed by Israeli fire under the hannibal directive. In regards to the raping, we already know that didnt happen on a systematic scale.

The last attack from iran was definitely just a test/statement. If the surrounding countries or even just iran wanted to wipe israel of the map then they could and would. Luckily Israel is the most bloodthirsty entity in the area and everyone else mostly just wants to stay out of trouble as much as possible without looking weak.
