I don’t understand the useful-idiots who don’t even want renewables to succeed. I understand questioning of viability (we need to guard against green-washing) but they get angry whenever there is news of progress with renewables.
Nah, it’s just the propaganda by the oil companies working. You’ll also see people suddenly bringing up brake dust and tire microplastics in relation to electric cars (even though ICE cars have the exact same issues).
Not saying those aren’t real problems that should be solved, but they’re usually just brought up to stop renewable projects from going ahead.
